in reply to your green day experience, iman

salam wbt..

abg juga pernah lalui yang sama..di US, mereka sambut bermacam2 lagi, which I assure you will come accross in near future.

satu darinya ialah St. Patricks day. On this particular day, students will dress in green. Well it's not the same green-day as you've mentioned Iman, this color is the trend brought by the Irish (who terribly drinks a lot!) immitating the shamrock-leave color.

The tradition is to drink as much as they want during this one-day celebration. At the end of the day, we have hundreds of drunks and hundreds more crime to be added. How insane is that. But it comes back to the insanity of seeing our people, malay people, geeting involved! Now that's even more insane.

I pitty these people who have themselves ZERO value in life. Mak Ayah hantar anak di KLIA, with all the tears, but without notice, their 'anak emas' is being involved in heinous acts. Its so sad that you could no more influence these people into looking back at their Islamic life in Malaysia, their culture, so on so forth.

But mind you, who's not to be blamed but the Malaysian system itself? where morals are no more stressed, betullah...mereka sering mengajar pepatah lama "masuk kandang kambing mengembek, masuk kandang harimau mengaum.." and so there you go!

Semoga Allah beri kekuatan utk Iman di sana..dan pegang teguhlah pada pendirian asas kita, hidup utk beribadah kepada Allah.
